First step. log in to the agency's account via the domain https://app.boomerangme.cards/
log in to the agency's GHL account at https://app.gohighlevel.com/.
❗️This is an important point, pay attention to it.
In Boomerangme, go to agency settings - integrations https://app.boomerangme.cards/agency/settings/integrations
Next you will see the connection wizard, follow the instructions. In this step, you must choose the plan you have in GHL (Saas or Starter). you cannot connect both plans at the same time.
If you have a SaaS plan
After this step you will be redirected to your agency account in GHL. In the window that appears, select the agency account (not sub-accounts)
Then you will see the settings. Specify both settings.
This setting means automatic creation of the loyalty app on all subsequent integrations with subaccounts.
After that, you will return back to Boomerangme. In this step you customize how the agency integration will work in boomerang and in GHL. There is no right or wrong choice. You set it up the way you want it to work.
Synchronize sub-accounts If NO. It means subaccounts and integrations will not be automatically created. You will manually create a subaccount in Boomerangme and in GHL
If 2 way integration. This means that subaccounts and integrations will be created automatically. For example, you create a sub-account on our side and at the same time the same sub-account is created in GHL. These sub-accounts are already linked to each other (integrated). All you need to do is to specify which loyalty card will be integrated. Subaccounts you already have in GHL will not be created in Boomerangme. But you will be able to do it manually, via the loyalty menu item.
If Boomerang ⇒ integration. That means. If a subaccount is created on our side, at the same time a subaccount is created in GHL. If the sub-account already exists in GHL, no duplication will occur (the sub-account's email is checked for a match).
If integration ⇒ Boomerang. That means. If a subaccount is created in GHL, at the same time a subaccount is created on our side. If there is already a sub-account on our side, no duplication will occur (the email of the sub-account is checked for a match).
CRM Location. The CRM location helps you to store the details of subaccounts you prospect through Richie Ai, In the CRM location which is the designated subaccount you choose for this purpose, the businesses you reach out to via Richie Ai are added as contacts.
Don't choose a subaccount of your client working. It can be some internal sub-account of yours.
Through this sub-account, you as an agency can send notifications to your sub-accounts. Richie will add your potential clients' contacts there.
If you have not selected a CRM location. It is not important to specify sms and mail in the notifications. No notifications will be sent.
SMS notifications via integration end Email notifications via integration
If yes. This means that you as an agency will send notifications to your sub-accounts through the service that is connected in the specified sub-account as CRM Location.
If no. This means that you as an agency will not send notifications to your sub-accounts through the service that is connected in the specified sub-account as CRM Location.
In the next step, you must select the subaccount with which you want to do the integration. A list of all your subaccounts that have been created on our side. You need to choose.
After that, authorization to GHL will happen. You must choose the same subaccount in GHL
The next step confirms that the integration was successful.
The next step is final. you must select the map you will integrate with.
It is recommended to do it on a test subaccount. Because after this step will start importing contacts from GHL to Boomerang. All contacts will be issued the specified card.
More about each item. These settings only apply to a specific subaccount.
Sending data. This refers to the visibility and content of custom fields within the contact card. You can choose whether these fields should be displayed or not. However, these fields are essential and should be included.
Prioritizing data from integration. For contact information, GHL holds priority over our system.
If a contact's name, lastname, or phone number is updated in GHL, these changes will automatically reflect on our side.
However, if we update these details in our system, they will not be modified in GHL. Instead, the information will be overwritten with the data from GHL, ensuring consistency. This structure ensures that GHL remains the primary source of truth for contact details..
Card delivery channel. Whether or not to send notifications to the customers to whom the card has been issued. If you do not choose anything, no notification will be sent to the client with a link to install the card.
SMS notifications via integration end Email notifications via integration.
If a GHL sub-account has a designated email service, notifications will be sent through that service. This could be GHL's internal email sender or an external SMTP provider. Similarly, for SMS notifications, the system will use Twilio or another configured messaging service.
Upon completion of integration. In your subaccount in GHL, you will see the menu item “loyalty”. This is how your subaccounts can see and use loyalty.
