Let's explore the gift card within a customer's profile on the backend.

This section explores the customer profiles, outlining the tabs available within the customers profile. You can find the following tabs in the customer profile.

The customer profile includes the following tabs:

  • LTV: Lifetime Value (LTV) is an estimated average of the revenue a customer is expected to generate over their entire relationship with a business.

  • Current Balance: Available points on the card.

  • Status: This refers to the status of the customer's card. If it is installed, not installed or deleted.

  • Card Expiration Date: This is the card expiration date. This can be edited from the customers profile.

  • Card Valid From: This is the date the card is actually installed on the customer's phone.

  • Segments: Segments that classify the card holder based on purchase behavior and other factors.

  • Feedback Rating: This refers to the feedback rating provided by customers for a particular business.

  • Card serial number: This unique number identifies the cardholder.

  • Installed on device:This field specifies the type of device where the card was installed. PWA and Google wallet for Android and Apple wallet for Iphone.

  • Total Visits:.This represents the aggregate number of customer visits.

  • UTM: This tag tracks the customer's entry point into the system.

  • Card Issue Date: The date the card was issued to the customer.

Customer Profile: Available Actions

On the customer's profile, you have the ability to perform the following actions:

Increase Card Balance:

From the customer's profile, you can add points to their current balance from the current balance tab. To do this, click the plus sign icon next to their current balance.

Input the desired number of points into the value field.

Input the customer's purchase amount in the specified field. This field may remain empty if no purchase is being made.

Adding a comment in the designated field is optional.

Click "Apply" to credit the customer's profile with the points. This action will increase both their Lifetime Value (LTV) and total visits.

Decrease Balance

On your dashboard, you can access a customer's profile to directly adjust their balance or rectify points entered in error. To deduct points from a customer's balance, select the minus sign icon.

In the value field, enter the number of points you wish to remove.

If the client is making a purchase, you can enter the purchase amount, if not you can leave it blank.

Feel free to add comments in the designated field, or you may leave it empty.

Clicking "Apply" will deduct the corresponding points, the LTV and the total visits will remain unchanged.

Changing the Card Status,

To remove a customer from your customer list, you must first change their card status from "installed" to "deleted." This can be done by navigating to the customer's profile and clicking the pencil icon next to their current card status and clicking on the delete button that pops up.. Once you select delete, the card status will change to deleted and you can now delete the customer completely from your dashboard.

Modifying Card Expiration Date

To modify a Gift card's expiration date, navigate to the customer's profile and click the pencil icon next to the current expiration date. A calendar will pop up, enabling you to choose a new expiration date, which will then automatically update in their profile.

View Custom Fields

You can access custom fields directly from the customer's profile.

Customers' profiles contain personalized links, which includes the card installation link and the referral link (for referring others). These can be copied as needed.

Sending Personalized Push Notifications

To send a push notification to a specific customer, navigate to their profile and select the "Send Push" tab. Notifications sent from this tab are delivered only to that customer..

Information Tab

You can view and modify customer personal details via the Information tab. However, changes made here will not affect the original personal information saved on the card.

Feedbacks

Access customer feedback via the feedback tab. Filter feedback by day, week, month, year, or custom date ranges. You can also choose to display only feedback containing comments.
