💰Customers profile: cashback card
Let's explore the cashback card within a customer's profile on the backend.
The customer's profile for the cashback card contains the following tabs:
LTV: The LTV is an estimate of the average revenue that a customer will generate throughout their lifespan as a customer.
Current Balance: The total number of points currently available on the card.
Points Earned: The cumulative total of all points the customer has earned since the card's inception.
Points Redeemed: The total number of points redeemed.
Transaction Amount: This is the total purchase amount for that customer.
Last Point Earned: This refers to the date the customer earned their most recent point.
Last points redeemed: Most recent points redeemed by the card holder.
Cashback percentage:This indicates the percentage of cashback the client is eligible to receive.
To the next cashback level: This is the number of points the customer needs to qualify for the next cashback level.
Cashback: This indicates the cashback level of the card holder.
Points Earned by Referral Program: The total number of points earned through the referral program.
Segments: The segments the card holder is classified under.
Feedback Rating: The customers feedback rating for that business.
Status: This refers to the status of the customer's card.
Card serial number: This is the unique number that stands as an identifier for the card holder.
Installed on device: This field indicates the type of device where the card was installed.
Android Devices: PWA, Google Wallet and Google Pay
iOS Devices: Apple Wallet
Card Expiration Date: This is the card expiration date.
Total Visits: This is the total number of visits for the customer.
UTM: This is the tag that helps you track how the customer came into the system.
Card Issue Date: The date the card was issued to the customer.
Customer Profile: Available Actions
From the customer's profile, you can perform the following actions:
Increase Card Balance:
From the customer's profile, you can add points to their balance. To do this, click the plus sign icon next to their current balance.
In the value field, input the desired number of points.
Enter the customer's purchase amount in the designated field. If no purchase is being made, this field can be left blank. When the purchase amount is added, it does not affect the transaction amount, only the corresponding number of points is added.
Adding a comment in the designated field is optional.
Next, click on apply and the number of points will be credited to the customer's profile. Once the points are credited, the LTV amount will increase as well as the points earned and the total visits.
Decrease Balance
You can adjust a customer's balance or remove points entered in error directly from their profile on your dashboard. To remove points from the customer's balance, click on the minus sign icon.
In the designated fields, enter the number of points you wish to remove.
You may also input the same number of points into the purchase amount field, or leave it blank. Please note that the value entered in this field will not alter the total transaction amount.
Feel free to add comments in the designated field, or you may leave it empty.
Clicking "Apply" will deduct the corresponding points, increase the total points redeemed, and count towards the total number of visits.
Increase the Transaction Amount
From the customer's profile, you can increase the transaction amount, among other modifications. To increase the transaction amount, click the plus sign icon in the transaction amount field.
Enter the purchase amount increment in the value field, you can repeat the same amount in the purchase field or leave it blank.In the value field, input the incremental purchase amount.
The amount entered in the value field can be duplicated in the purchase field, or that field may be left empty.
You can leave a comment, or leave the field blank.
Applying the amount from the apply field increases the transaction amount, which in turn boosts the Lifetime Value (LTV), points earned, current balance, and total number of visits.
Decrease the Transaction Amount
You can decrease the transaction amount from the customers profile, in cases of error in the transaction amount, you can easily decrease the transaction amount. To decrease the transaction amount, click on the minus sign by the transaction amount field.
Enter the desired amount in the value field to subtract it from the transaction amount.
You can either enter the same value in the purchase amount field as in the value field, or leave it blank.
Adding a comment is optional; you may also leave the comment field blank.
Next, click on apply to deduct the desired amount from the transaction amount. This deduction also reduces the LTV, the current balance, and increases the points redeemed.
Changing the Card Status
Should you wish to remove a customer entirely from your customer list, you may do so. However, if their card status is "installed," you must first change it to "deleted" before you can proceed with the customer's removal. To modify the card status, navigate to the customer's profile and click the pencil icon next to the current card status.,
Once you select delete, the card status will change to deleted and you can now delete the customer completely from your dashboard.
Modifying Card Expiration Date
To change a card's expiration date, click the pencil icon next to the existing date in the customer's profile. A calendar will then appear, allowing you to select and automatically update the new expiration date in their profile.
View Custom Fields
Custom fields are accessible from the customer's profile.
Copying personalized links
To copy personalized links for a customer, access their profile. The available links include the card installation link and the referral link, which customers use to refer others..
Sending Personalized Push Notifications
You can send push notifications directly to a specific customer from the "Send Push" tab within their profile. These notifications are exclusive to that customer and will not be delivered to anyone else.
Information Tab
The Information tab allows you to view and modify customer personal details. Please note that any changes made here will not alter the original personal information stored on the card.
Feedbacks
The feedback tab allows you to view customer feedback. You can filter this feedback by day, week, month, year, or custom periods. Additionally, you have the option to display only feedback that includes comments.
