How to charge stamp cards using Scanner App

Scanning a customer card or searching for a customer

  1. Upon successful login, tap the Scan button.

  1. This initiates the scan process by opening the camera of your mobile device. If this is the first time, the scanner app will ask you to allow permission to access your device camera.

You can also click on the search button and enter the customer’s information. You can search customers by Name, Phone number, Email, and Card Serial Number.

Adding a stamp

❗️Note. The interface in the scanner may change depending on the settings in the stamp card.

If the stamp is a card with a stamp accrual for a visit or based on your rules After a successful scan, the stamp card is displayed in the scanner app. Use the +/- buttons at right and left side of the counter to record the number of stamps you want to add. Once added, click the Add Stamps button

This opens the Confirmation popup. To confirm stamp addition and enter the purchase amount, click the Add button. ✅note. You don't have to specify the purchase amount if it's not required in your card settings. Just skip and click the "add" button You can leave an internal comment on the transaction. The cardholder will not see it. For example, you can specify the name of the service or product that this client purchased.

Once added, the Successful Transaction popup is displayed. To proceed, click Done.

If the stamp card has a condition of accrual of the stamp based on the client's spend After successful scanning, the stamp card is displayed in the scanner application. Specify the amount the customer spent. Then click the Add stamps buttonn

A confirmation pop-up will open. To confirm adding the stamp, click the "Add" button.

Redeem rewards

Once the required number of stamps for a reward is reached, the available rewards reflects the upgrade after you scan the card again.

To redeem rewards, click on the "Redeem" tab. Here, use the +/- buttons to set the number of rewards you want to redeem. Then click on the "Redeem Reward" button. ✅ Note. You can only redeem the available number of rewards. For example, if a customer has only one reward available to receive, you cannot write off two rewards. The button will be inactive.

This opens the Confirmation popup. To confirm, click the Redeem button and done. That's all, so you can redeem the reward with the customer card stamp.

❗️Please note that if the card settings have an automatic reward schedule - yes. In this case, the reward will be written off automatically when the next stamp is credited. That is, you do not need to scan the card again to write off the reward.

✅ Please note: The scanner always shows the current information on the client card and the information about the client (the one that the client specified when installing the card).

You can find this information on the scanner screen, just below the transaction buttons. It includes client details (such as the information they provided when installing their card), as well as card-related data such as the current number of stamps available for receipt, card installation date, last accural date, etc. The exact information displayed may vary depending on the card type.
