✅ As an agency, when your subaccounts need to use the scanner app, they need to login with the login details for their individual subaccount or create a manager and use the managers login.

In order to avoid session interruptions when logged into the scanner app, you need to avoid logging into the scanner app on different devices using the same login credentials.

For security reasons, the scanner app session is automatically terminated once every **24 hours**.

* This setting cannot be changed.
* We recommend always logging into the scanner again at the start of each workday to avoid interruptions.
