Learn how to access the Plan section and view subscription plans
The Plan section has tons of features designed to make your experience even better. We suggest you really dig into it to get the most out of what we offer. This part of the dashboard gives you all the operational details you need regarding your plan and subscription.
Boomerangme > Left-Hand Menu > Settings
To access the Plan tab, follow the workflow outlined above.
The plan section includes three subsections: Plan, Payment Card, and Payment History.
The first part of the Plan section displays your current subscription plan and price.

Clicking the need more button located directly under the plan name will direct you to the chatbot, where you can choose from four available actions.
Chat with customer support (AI or human).
Refer to our Knowledge Base.

Directly below your plan name, you can find your next payment due date, time, and remaining product usage days before the next subscription

Manage Subscription
In the plan section, you can also manage your subscription. The " want to modify or cancel subscription" button allows you to perform various actions related to your subscription. From this tab you can perform the following actions.
Upgrade your subscription to a higher plan,
Request for financial support
Downgrade plan
Cancel subscription.

Add Promo Code
Under the same tab, you can also add a promo code. To add a promo code, you need to take the following steps.
Click on the want to modify or cancel subscription button

Select upgrade your current plan

Please confirm that your current plan is selected in the box. You do not need to switch to a different plan.

Select your preferred payment frequency

If you have a discount promo code, enter it in the appropriate promo code field.

To pay with a different card, activate the "pay with another card" option and provide the new card details. If you do not wish to pay with another card, leave the toggle button off.
Keep the toggle button off if you prefer not to use a different card for payment.

To finalize the process, click "Apply." A green pop-up will confirm successful application of the promo code, while an error message will indicate failure.


Compare Plans
The compare plan tile shows the differences between each plan, including available and unavailable features. It also displays the price for each payment frequency for individual plans.

To compare the features of each plan, scroll through the compare plan tile. A green plus symbol in front of a feature under a particular plan indicates that, that feature is included in a plan, while a red minus sign signifies that it is not.
Payment Card Section
Your default payment card is shown in the payment card section

Payments History
Your payment history details all successful and unsuccessful payments made to date.
