Upon successful login, tap the Scan button.
This initiates the scan process by opening the camera of your mobile device. If this is the first time, the scanner app will ask you to allow permission to access your device camera.
You can also click on the search button and enter the customer’s information. You can search customers by Name, Phone number, Email, and Card Serial Number.
In the scanner you will see the option to Add visits to the client card or redeem visits.
Use the +/- icons at the right and left side of the counter to set the number of visits you want to redeem or add.
❗️Adding visits to the subscription card must be done after the client has installed the card. That is, add as many visits to the card as the client has paid for.
Once set, click the Redeem Visits button.
As the visits are redeemed (or adding visits), the Successful Transaction popup is displayed. To proceed, click the Done button.
If the multipasscard setting specifies that points are awarded for using visits (as shown in the screenshot).
You can redeem these points from the client's card. Go to the "Points" tab Use the +/- buttons alongside the counter to set the number of points you want to redeem. Once set, click the Redeem Points button.
✅ Please note: The scanner always shows the current information on the client card and the information about the client (the one that the client specified when installing the card).
You can find this information on the scanner screen, just below the transaction buttons. It includes client details (such as the information they provided when installing their card), as well as card-specific data like available visits, used visits, card installation date, last credit date, etc. The exact information displayed may vary depending on the card type.
