1. Follow the workflow mentioned above to land on the Agency screen.

2. From the bottom of the page, click the Plans tile. Doing so takes you to the Plans screen

1. Next up is the Rate settings table where the information is tabulated via various columns that include Plan, Month, Quarter, and Year. Additionally, you can edit by clicking the pencil icon at the end.

To edit the pricing, plan name and add more features, click the pencil icon next to each plan.

1. More about editing a plan: A. Here, use this field to enter the plan name. B.Enter the desired currency by clicking on the dropdown. C. Input the different pricing in this field.

1. Additional plan editing options: D. This field allows you to enter a short description about the plan.

   E. Input the list of things included in this plan F. New features can be added by entering the feature name and description. ❗️Already existing features cannot be modified. That is, the basic underlying feature set of each plan cannot be changed.

   
2. Learn more about how to add additional features to plan: - Click the ‘+’ icon to add the newly entered feature.

   

- You can add or remove these features at any time.

1. You can hide plans that you do not want to sell. Hidden plans will not be displayed on the agency's promotional page, registration page and subaccount.

AI for Business Option in Plans

In the Plans settings, you can choose whether the AI for Business feature (Richie AI) should be automatically enabled for new sub-accounts that register under a specific plan. To do this, open the plan configuration and switch on Enable AI option for this plan.

When this toggle is enabled:

• Every new sub-account created under this plan will have AI for Business activated by default.

• You can use this setting to offer AI only in higher-tier plans or as part of a premium package.

If the toggle is turned off, the AI feature will remain disabled for sub-accounts on this plan unless you manually request activation through our support team.

Additional settings section, you can enable or disable certain requirements for users, such as requiring a card to be linked at registration

1. At the end of this page is the Compare Plans table. Here, each subscription plan is displayed with an indicator whether a certain feature is present in it or not. Information is tabulated via various columns that include Features, [Plan 1], [Plan 2], and [Plan 3]. If the plan is hidden, it will not be displayed here. You will also see the added features in this list.

   
2. Set up card linking at the registration stage of your customers. Stripe connection is required ✅Note. If you do not have stripe connected, do not enable this setting. This will lead to blocking your current sub-accounts.
