How to get support anytime
Intercom chat integrated with Boomerangme allows you to contact our support team instantaneously.
Upon successful login, navigate to the bottom-right corner of the screen.
From here, click the
button. Doing so opens the a popup.

From the bottom of this popup, click Messages.

All the messages you have sent previously are displayed in the chat popup that opens. In case you are chatting for the first time, click the Send us a message button.

As a result, the chat window is displayed. You can type in the message in the Enter a message field. You can also include GIFs, emojis, and attachments using the three icons at the end of this field.

About Intercom chat availability
Intercom chat is the support channel for Boomerang direct customers only β users who have their own Boomerangme account, whether on a trial or a paid subscription. This chat is not available to end clients of agencies who use Boomerang via sub-accounts. If you are an agency, your clients should contact your agencyβs support team, not Boomerangme support. To provide support chat access for your own clients, you can connect a separate chat widget to your agency account. See: How to connect a support chat widget for agency clients.
