Upon successful login, navigate to the left-hand menu.
From the modules listed here, click the icon. Doing so takes you to the Customers screen.
The screen starts off with the Customer base heading under which 4 tiles are present to display meaningful information. They include a count of total customers, card transactions, reviews, and an overall feedback rating.
On the same screen, you also have the option to export data for all the customers in your.
Customer Base. Once you click on the export tab, the list of your customers would be downloaded to your device.
Next you have the import tab, the import tab allows you import customers into your customer base, once you click on the import tab, you would be directed to another tab where you can download the CSV template. Once downloaded, add your customers information to the file and upload the list of customers to the CRM
Next we have the My filters tab, My segments tab, the RFM segments and the communication tab. The filters tab allows you to filter the list of your customers according to the available filters. The segments section allows you to group your customers into different segments and communicate with them based on these segments. The RFM segment automatically groups your customers according to their purchase behavior (Recency, Frequency and Monetary).
Customer Profile
Next up is the customer's grid. Here, information for each customer is tabulated via a number of columns that include User Name, Date Created, Birthdate, Phone, Feedback Rating, UTM, Device, Customer Cards, and Custom Fields.
From here, clicking a customer's profile opens the details of the selected profile. Apart from the customer name, it has the details of the cards issued to the selected customer.
Some important details you need to pay attention to include the card serial number and the custom fields.
In the client's profile you can make transactions on the card. For example, add a stamp, add points, debit visits and so on. The actions depend on the type of loyalty card.
Here's where you can see all the cards that have been issued to a particular customer. You can switch between cards.
Scrolling down further, you can see the card installation and referral links. You can click the Copy button to copy and send the link to a customer. These are unique links, for a specific client.
Next you can find the customers transaction history when you scroll to the bottom of that page. At the bottom of the page, you need to pay attention to the download symbol at the top right, this allows you to download the transaction history of all the customers with that particular card.
Next up is the Customer Import tile. This allows you to import customer records in bulk via a .CSV file. Boomerangme keeps an import template for your ease that can be downloaded by clicking the button.
Once downloaded, you can fill in the fields as per your requirement. Once updated, choose this file from your system storage upon clicking the button "import"
Create Customer Profile
Boomerangme > Left-Hand Menu > Customers
Follow the above-mentioned workflow to land on the Customers screen.
Navigate to the customers grid.
Here, enter the last name of the customer using the Last Name field.
Similarly, use the First Name field to record the first name of the customer.
Use the Contact Number field to record the contact number of the customer.
Enter the email address of the customer using the Email Address field.
Record the date of birth of the customer using the Date of Birth date selector.
We also have the actions tab in the CRM that allows you to add customers manually, delete customers and issue cards to customers.
How to delete a customer's profile
To delete the profile of a customer with an uninstalled card, you need to follow these steps. Click on the customers icon.
Next select the customer from the list of customers.
The next step is to select the actions tab at the top and click on delete customer.
✅ If a client has a card installed - you cannot delete such a client from the database. You will see a warning message. This is normal.
To delete a customer with an installed card, you need to follow these steps. First delete the card from the customer's profile to do that, click on the customers name. You will see the customer's profile and click on the pencil icon next to the card status.
After you click on the pencil icon by the card status, a delete pop up will appear, click on it. Note the card status must show installed in the customer's profile for you to do this.
✅ This action will not remove the customer card from the phone. The customer must do this on their own. The client will not be able to use such a card even if he/she does not delete it from the phone.
You can go straight to the actions tab to delete the customer if the customer's card status is uninstalled or deleted.
From the bottom of this grid, click the button. Doing so opens the Add Customer popup.
Once the required details are recorded, click the button. This adds the customer profile and it is displayed in the customers grid.
