1. The Boomerangme dashboard provides you with an overview of the relevant stats that reflect how your business is doing.<br>
2. To make it meaningful, displayed information is segregated into Visits, Activity, Retention, Feedback Rating, Referral Program, and Customer Profiles.

### **Visits**

1. Starting off, the Visits card is displayed. It includes stats for the Total visits, Repeat customers, and Last Period. A count for each of these is displayed at the top.

<figure><img src="https://121681468-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FBfW4nnOu4AysbkbyxNug%2Fuploads%2FtLVLAjoOsB15RUrq2yGQ%2Fstat1.png?alt=media&#x26;token=9cbe478b-7aa0-4a5b-9019-b80882b5a90a" alt=""><figcaption><p>Stats</p></figcaption></figure>

2. By default, the time period is set to month. However, you can change it to Day, Month, Year, All Time, and Period (Custom Range) using the action buttons on the top-right corner.

<figure><img src="https://121681468-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FBfW4nnOu4AysbkbyxNug%2Fuploads%2FYRkiwI85ePj24Msm0sOe%2Fstat2.png?alt=media&#x26;token=170dea07-64d8-4001-bf58-37a9cb0e047a" alt=""><figcaption><p>Time Period</p></figcaption></figure>

3. On the right side of the graph are three more indicators that include Repeat customers, New members, and Referrals. Each of these is displayed via a graphical representation at the center.&#x20;

<figure><img src="https://121681468-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FBfW4nnOu4AysbkbyxNug%2Fuploads%2FLlSlrECle9yjSvHRmMJe%2Fstat3.png?alt=media&#x26;token=72390bbd-e237-491c-8d3f-c51673d346ac" alt=""><figcaption><p>Stats</p></figcaption></figure>

4. Hovering over a bar reveals a tooltip displaying the count for each indicator for the selected date. Each stat in this tooltip is color-coded for easier identification.

<figure><img src="https://121681468-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FBfW4nnOu4AysbkbyxNug%2Fuploads%2FwrTPhMbjzBFOL45Uz5d0%2Fstat1.png?alt=media&#x26;token=527d87cf-0c74-4501-8a8d-00243121e1d8" alt=""><figcaption><p>Tooltip</p></figcaption></figure>

**Total visits** – total number of visits for the selected period\
**New customers** – customers who made their first visit during the selected period.\
**Repeat customers** – customers who made a second or subsequent visit in the selected period (counted by customers, not by visits)\
**Referrals** – clients who installed the card via the referral link in the selected period\
**The last period widget** shows the number of visits during the previous equivalent period.\
For example, if the selected period is “Last month,” then *Last period* displays the number of visits from the month before that. This helps compare performance and track increases or decreases in customer activity..

### **Loyalty ROI**

You can learn more about calculating ROI in a separate article, at this link [Loyalty ROI calculator](https://docs.boomerangme.cards/inspiration-and-ideas/loyalty-roi-calculator)

<figure><img src="https://121681468-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FBfW4nnOu4AysbkbyxNug%2Fuploads%2FdyAQrMfyFse2Ev5f5Gp9%2Fstat4.png?alt=media&#x26;token=67f91b39-37ef-431d-ad24-b8fc0116aebb" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

### Retention

1. This section includes the Retention Rate graph. In this graph, the retention rate of the customers is mapped against a time period of 60, 120, and 240 days.\
displays the number of returning customers for the selected period as a percentage:
   \
   Retention Rate = (C(repeat) / C(current)) \* 100%
   \
   Where:
   \
C(repeat) is the number of customers who were in both periods (current and previous).
   \
C(current) is the total number of customers in the current period.

<figure><img src="https://121681468-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FBfW4nnOu4AysbkbyxNug%2Fuploads%2FvDiAet76juEpe6Pga8Hd%2Fstatretention.jpg?alt=media&#x26;token=73bb30d7-2314-4c5a-a165-4a495ad54b63" alt=""><figcaption><p>Retention Rate</p></figcaption></figure>

By default, retention rate for 60 days is displayed. However, you can change it to 120 and 240 using the action buttons at the top-right corner.\
\
Moreover, hovering over a bar reveals a tooltip displaying the retention rate for the current period and previous period on the specific date. The retention rate for the current period is displayed in blue-color whereas the orange color is used to represent the retention rate for the previous period.

<figure><img src="https://121681468-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FBfW4nnOu4AysbkbyxNug%2Fuploads%2FNfPz0RMWue2L8PAQtSK2%2Fstatretention2.jpg?alt=media&#x26;token=3cdd633b-4f64-44af-97e8-d86dca3db5c0" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

The **Top-10** list displays the most active invited clients (by visits or by purchase amount). You can switch the display option (by visits or by purchase amount).

### **Customer Profile**

This section provides information about your business's existing customers.

Starting from the **Gender pie chart**, it displays a segregation of the customer profiles w\.r.t their gender. Gender is determined automatically (by built-in AI) based on the client's name.

<figure><img src="https://121681468-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FBfW4nnOu4AysbkbyxNug%2Fuploads%2FNL7n8FshBbMz6UMvBqEV%2FGender.png?alt=media&#x26;token=27277929-27b5-47fd-82e7-b33178f52ffa" alt=""><figcaption><p>Gender</p></figcaption></figure>

Moving on, the Devices pie chart shows the breakdown of customers by the devices they used to add loyalty cards.

<figure><img src="https://121681468-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FBfW4nnOu4AysbkbyxNug%2Fuploads%2FRknJieFnBgKj13MXZmd9%2Fdevice.png?alt=media&#x26;token=64e39887-35f9-4f33-a2fd-47c7c6265d43" alt=""><figcaption><p>Devices</p></figcaption></figure>

Next is an **age chart** that shows customers who fall into each age range, with a separate color representing gender. Hovering over the age range bar reveals a tooltip displaying the number of customer profiles in each gender.

<figure><img src="https://121681468-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FBfW4nnOu4AysbkbyxNug%2Fuploads%2Fp4DZKvbq7qZNy2Ck6HlR%2Fage.png?alt=media&#x26;token=9ec3adbf-bcaa-4d1b-9a25-19ba1bcc9240" alt=""><figcaption><p>Age</p></figcaption></figure>
