🎁Customers profile: reward card
To add or remove a transaction manually:
Click the "+" button to add transaction amount or the "−" button to deduct from the client’s profile.
A popup will appear prompting you to enter the amount. Enter the value and confirm by clicking “Apply”.
Note: The amount entered under 'Value' determines how many points the customer earns. For example, if your spend program is set to $10 = 200 points, entering $50 will award the customer 1,000 points.
To add or remove a bonus balance manually:
Click the "+" button to add points or the "−" button to deduct points from the client’s profile.
A popup will appear prompting you to enter the amount. Enter the value and purchase amount then confirm by clicking “Apply”.
Note: The number entered under 'Value' is the exact number of points the client receives, independent of the purchase amount. For example, if you enter 10, the client gets 10 points, regardless of what they spent.
Redeem reward
Rewards can be redeemed and viewed in client’s profile by clicking the edit button.
Once you click the edit button, the rewards the client is eligible to redeem are listed and view rewards received.
Event Description
Transaction Amount: Displays the value spent during a specific transaction. Amount Column: Shows the number of points added or deducted. For example, if 10 points expire, you'll see “10” listed here. Balance Column: Reflects the total cumulative transaction amount after each transaction. For instance, in the example shown, two transactions were recorded, and together they resulted in a final balance of 340, as highlighted.
Same goes for the points, it reflects the total cumulative/remaining points after each transaction. It helps you track how many points are still available. For instance, in the example shown, two bonuses were recorded, and together they resulted in a final balance of 6800 points, as highlighted.
