Let us dive into the world of the customer's profile using the stamp card. Under the customers profile, you can view the clients profile, send push notifications directly to that particular customer, view customers information and also feedback.
Profile
From the customers profile, you can view the following tabs and you can also perform the actions explained below.
LTV:This is the customer's lifetime value.
Stamps earned: This refers to the total number of stamps the customer has earned so far.
Reward earned: This refers to the total number of rewards the customer has earned so
Far.
Rewards redeemed:This means the total number of rewards the customer has redeemed since inception.
Last stamp earned: This is the date the last stamp was earned for that customer.
Last reward earned: This is the date the last reward was earned by that customer.
Last reward redeemed: This shows the last reward that customer redeemed.
Total visits: This shows the total number of visits the customer has made to that business.
Actual stamps balance on card: This shows the current balance on the customers card at that time.
Stamps earned by referral program: This shows the number of stamps the customer earned by referring people to that business.
Segments: This is the RFM segment.
Feedback rating: Here you can view the feedback rating from that customer.
Installed on device: This is used to check the kind of device the phone is installed on.
Card issue date: You can view the date the card was issued to this customer from this tab.
Adding Transaction Amount
Transaction Amount: This is the total amount of the purchases that customer has made. You can add or subtract transaction amounts from the customer's profile.
To add a transaction amount, click on the plus sign.
Enter the value and click on apply. Please note that the value and the purchase amount are the same and you can decide to enter only the value and ignore the purchase amount if you wish. After entering the value and applying it, the system will award the stamp to the customer's profile based on your loyalty rules for that card. You also need to repeat the same step to subtract reward but this time you need to click on the minus sign.
Rewards available:
This simply means the number of rewards that customer has at the moment.
Under the rewards available tab, you can add and subtract rewards from the customers profile, to add reward, click on the plus sign icon.
Adding and Subtracting Rewards
Enter the number of rewards you want to add in the value field. After entering the value, you also need to enter the purchase amount. You can also add a comment if you choose and click on apply. The rewards will be added to the customer's profile. You need to follow the same steps to subtract reward but this time you have to click on the minus sign first and follow the same steps.
Correcting Mistakes
Mistakes in transaction amounts can be corrected by subtracting the excess purchase amount from the clients profile. To remove the excess amount, follow the steps below. The removal of excess transaction amount only works for the spend mechanism, if the card has the visit mechanism, you would have to write off visits entered in excess instead.
Navigate to the CRM by clicking on the customers tab in the left hand menu.
Search for the affected customer by entering their details in the search box, you can search with the first name, last name, email address, phone number or serial number of the card.
Click on the customer's name to open the customer's profile.
Next click on the minus sign by transaction amount.
In the space for value, enter the excess amount you want to remove. Note that the space for purchase amount is optional but if you decide to fill it, it should contain the same amount stated in the value field. The value field is the required field.
Click on apply and the excess amount will be removed. Once the excess amount is removed, the amount on the LTV also decreases and the number of stamps earned with the excess transaction amount is removed. Please note that the existing rewards remain the same.

The stamps removed as a result of the removal of the excess transaction amount appear as stamps redeemed in the customer's transaction history.
Changing the Card Status
Status: This shows the card status. If the card is installed, not installed or deleted. Under the status tab, you can delete a card from a customer's profile, this comes in handy if you wish to delete the customer entirely from the system. To delete the card from the customer's profile, click on the pencil icon.
Next a delete button will appear, click on that button and the card will be deleted from the customers profile.
Card serial number, this is the unique number assigned as an identifier to the customer immediately after installing the card. To copy the card serial number, click on the copy sign beside the card serial number.
Modifying Card Expiration Date
Card expiration date: You can view the card expiration date and also make changes to it.
To change the card expiration date, click on the icon beside the card expiration date and select the date from the calendar that appears after you click on that icon.
View Custom Fields
You can also view custom fields and copy the personalized card installation link and referral link from your dashboard. To view custom fields, click on the view custom fields tab.

To copy the personalized card installation link, click on the copy tab by the link
To copy the personalized referral link, click on the copy tab beside the referral link.
Send Push tab
On the send push tab in the customers profile, you can send a push directly to that customer. When you send a push notification directly from the customer's profile, the push notification is sent to only that customer. To send a push notification from the customers profile. Click on the send push tab.
Select the card
You can schedule the message if you want to.
The next step is to type your message in the message box and send.
Information tab
On the information tab, you can view the customers personal information.
Feedback tab
In the feedback tab, you can view customers feedback,
You can filter customers' feedback and view the feedback by day, week, month, year, all time or for a specific period.
You can also only view feedback with comments by ticking the only comments checkbox.
