Step-by-step instructions for connecting the integration.
Integration is possible with three types of loyalty cards:
Reward card
Discount card
Cashback card
What you must have in order to connect the integration:
An account in our service
A customised loyalty card (cashback card, discount or reward card) or all three types of cards. You will be able to test all three types and choose the one you like best.
Restaurant Management Suite must be connected in order to use this integration. A detailed video on how to do it.
If you already have all of these, go to Toast Marketplace and connect the integration Boomerang.
Next, Toast Integrations Support team will be able to configure the loyalty.
Need to find out Restaurant ID.
The restaurant guid is not visible to customers. Please reach out to your Onboarding Consultant or the Customer Care team to retrieve your location's unique GUID number.

After the integration is complete, let us know.
After that, you can test it. That is, you install a card, make a visit to the toast side, and a credit is credited to your reward card. Everything should happen automatically.
Install the card as client. Scan the GR code and install the card. after that, make an order in Toast as usual.
Below is a step-by-step example of integration with a rewards type card.

then find a client --> Click on the "look up customer" button ❗️Note. If you do not see the search client button. Contact Toast technical support. They will help you set up this button for you.
You can search by card serial number
or search by last name, phone number or email
in this case we did a search by first and last name. We call the client “Reward Toast”
choose the client you need and click "done"
Next you will see what rewards the client has access to (if he has accumulated points) That is, if the client has previously made an order.
after selecting the reward (which the client decided to choose) you will see this in the interface.
✅ If you don't see available rewards with a client in Toast. You need to do the following: You need to add more items to the cart to be able to apply the discount. The amount in the cart must be greater than the applied discount.
and then make the payment. In this case, the client pays the remaining $25, since $75 was paid with rewards
✅ The user counter in the integration will always be 0 - this is normal, this is not an error. Since there is no user synchronization in the integration with Toast. All users on our side are always 0.
You can upload clients on our side and specify in the file how many points each client has. Then issue them a card. But you need to do this after integrating the card.
I recommend trying and uploading a small number of clients (for example, 5 people).
