💬Push section
The Boomerangme app allows you to create and send push notifications to customers for specific events. Here's how to access the push notifications section.
After a successful login, use the left-hand menu to navigate.
From the list of modules, click the icon . Doing so takes you to the Push Notifications screen. For agency accounts, you need to click on the user icon first before clicking on the mailings icon to access the push notifications section.

Send push notification
By default, you will find yourself in the mailings section. From the mailings section, you need to click on the send push tab at the top. This is where you can craft push notifications that appear on a customer's lock screen, activated by specific events tied to particular cards.

Under the send push section, you can either send push notifications to all customers or to selected segments of customers.
In the "Send Push" section, you have the option to send push notifications to either all customers or to specific customer segments.

To send a push notification from the send push section, you need to select the card.

Next, choose whether the push notification should be sent to all customers or to a specific segment.

You have two options for sending push notifications: immediately or at a scheduled time. To schedule, simply check the "schedule" box and choose your desired date and time.

The next step is to type your message in the message box and hit send.
In the message box, compose your message, then click send to send it, if it is an instant notification. If you scheduled the push notification, it will be saved and sent on your chosen day and time..

Emojis
In the history section, emojis accompany push notifications to distinguish between message types. These emojis indicate whether a message was sent manually or if it was an automatic push notification.
The emoji shown in the image indicates that the push notification was sent manually. Hovering over the emojis will reveal the sending method.

Delete All Scheduled Push in an Account
Under the history section, there is a provision for you to delete all scheduled messages, you can do this by clicking on the delete button. Once you click on the delete button all scheduled push notifications will be deleted.

Delete Scheduled Push by Card Template
You can also delete scheduled push notifications by card template. To delete scheduled push notifications by card template:
Click on the desired card.
Click the "Send Push" button.
Click the "Delete" button.
Once deleted, all scheduled push notifications for that specific card template will be removed.
