πŸ—ΊοΈHow to Access Locations Section?

Access the locations module to create locations and send geo-push

  1. Upon successful login, navigate to the left-hand menu.

  2. From the list of modules displayed, click the icon. Doing so takes you to the Locations screen.

Locations
  1. Here, all the locations you have added for the business and to which the geo-push notifications are sent are listed. You can enable/disable a location using the toggle button next to it.

Locations

βœ… You can add as many locations as you want based on the capacity of your account. Each subaccount on the highest plan can add up to 10 locations. However, extra locations can be added once the limit has been exhausted for a fee.

βœ… Please note: Geolocation push notifications cannot be swiped off the iPhone screen. This push notification will disappear from the screen as soon as the client leaves the geo push radius.

βœ… Please note: If geolocation is changed (change text or address) or deleted, updates will only be applied on the map after the map is updated. The card is updated after a transaction (add or debit) or after receiving a push message (manual or auto-push).

βœ… Please note: You can't change the radius. The push notification is sent when a customer enters a fixed area. This radius is set by the system and cannot be adjusted.

βœ… Please note: You can't limit how many times it's sent per day. Customers will receive the push notification every time they enter the set area β€” even if that happens multiple times a day.
