🎟️Customers profile: Multipass card
Let us dive into the world of the customer's profile using the multipass card.
Let us explore the settings on the backend for the Multipass card in a customer's profile.
Here is a list of functions you can find in the customer's profile for the multipass card.
LTV: This is the Lifetime value of the customer.
Redeemed visits: This is the number of visits that have been used by the customer.
Available visits: This is the number of visits that the customer has not used.
Visits sold:This is the total number of visits that is added to the card.
Last visits redemption: This is the date that the last visit was redeemed.
Last visits adding : This refers to the last date a visit was added to the card.
Bonus Balance : The bonus balance is the number of points earned.
Segments: This shows the segments this customer is categorized into, this can be useful for sending push notifications.
Visits by referral program: The number of visits by referral program.
Feedback rating: Here, you can check the feedback rating from that customer.
Card status : This enables you to check the card status, whether the card is installed, not installed, or deleted.
Card serial number: From this tab, you can copy the unique card serial number for that customer.
Installed on Device: This shows how the card was installed, it shows if the card was installed on the homescreen(PWA) or if the card was installed in apple wallet or google wallet.
Card Expiration Date:This shows the expiration date on the customers card, this expiration date can be edited and changed from the customers profile.
Total visits: This shows the total number of visits the customer has made to the business so far, note that visits removed from the customers profile from the backend are also counted as visits.
UTM: This tag is added to the customers profile to show you the channel the card was installed through.
Card Issue: This is the date the card was issued to that customer. This could mean the date the card was installed by the customer, if the customer was not added manually or the date the customer was added manually to the CRM and issued a card from the dashboard whether the customer has installed the card or not.
Actions that can be performed from the customers profile.
Adding Visits
To add visits from the customers profile, click on the plus sign by the available visits.
The next step is to enter the number of visits you wish to add into the value field.
Next enter the purchase amount if the customer has purchased something, if not, you can leave it blank.
You can add a comment if you decide to, otherwise, leave it blank.
The final step is to click on apply. Once you hit the apply button, the number of available visits will increase, the LTV will increase and visits sold will also increase.
Subtracting Visits
You can subtract visits from the customer's profile. if you made a mistake by adding extra visits, you can easily correct it from the customer's profile on your dashboard. To subtract visits, follow the steps below.
Step 1 . Click on the minus sign icon in the available visits tab.
Step 2. In the value field, enter the number of visits you wish to remove.
Step 3. If you have a purchase amount, enter the purchase amount in the field for purchase amount, if not you can leave it blank.
Step 4. You can add a comment if you wish to in the field for comment. This is optional.
Step 5. Click on apply. Once you click on apply, the number of visits you entered in the value field is removed. Once the number of visits is removed, the number of available visits decreases, the number of redeemed visits also decreases. The LTV remains the same if no purchase amount was added but it increases if the purchase amount was added.
Adding Bonus Balance
From the customer's profile, you can also add to the bonus balance for that customer.
To add to the bonus balance, click on the plus sign icon by the bonus balance field.
In the value field, enter the number of points you wish to add to the card.
Next enter the purchase amount for that customer into the field for purchase amount, you can also decide to leave it blank, if the customer is not purchasing anything at that moment.
You can add a comment if you wish to in the space for comment. This is optional.
Lastly, click on apply and the number of points you wish to add will be added to the customer's card. This also increases the LTV if a purchase amount is added, if you do not add a purchase amount, the LTV stays the same.
Subtracting Bonus Balance
Bonus balance can also be removed from the customers profile on your dashboard. To subtract from the bonus balance, click on the minus sign by the bonus balance field.
In the value field, enter the number of points you wish to remove.
In the field for purchase amount, enter the purchase amount for the customer. If this is just a random subtraction and you do not have a purchase amount, you can leave that field blank.
Fill out the comment field, if you want to leave a comment, this is optional.
Click on the apply tab and the number of points you entered will be deducted from the customer's card.
Changing the Card Status
This comes in handy when you wish to delete the customer entirely from your list of customers. If the customer's card status is installed, you would not be able to delete the customer from your list of customers without changing the card status to deleted. To change the card status, from the customer's profile, you need to click on the pencil icon by the card status.
Next select the delete button that appears.
Once you select delete, the card status will change to deleted and you can now delete the customer completely from your dashboard.
Modifying Card Expiration Date
To modify the card expiration date, you need to click on the pencil icon by the card expiration date in the customer's profile. After clicking on the pencil icon, a calendar will appear, select the expiration date and this will be added automatically to the customer's profile.
View Custom Fields
You can view the custom fields from the customers profile.
Copy Personalized Links
You can copy the personalized links for that particular customer from the customers profile, the links available are the card installation link and the referral link used to refer customers.
Send Personalized Push
From the send push tab in the customers profile, you can send push notifications directly to that customer. The push notifications you create from the customers profile will not be sent to anyone else.
Information tab
From the information tab, you can view the customers information, you can also make changes as well to this personal information. Note that the changes made here will not affect the original personal information on the card.
Feedbacks tab
From the feedback tab, you can view feedback for that customer, you can also filter the feedback by day, week, month, year, and custom periods, you can decide to view only the feedback with comments as well.
