### Scanning a customer card or searching for a customer

1. Upon successful login, tap the Scan button

2. This initiates the scan process by opening the camera of your mobile device. If this is the first time, the scanner app will ask you to allow permission to access your device camera.

3. You can also click on the search button and enter the customer’s information. You can search customers by Name, Phone number, Email, and Card Serial Number.

### Redeeming a visit on a membership card

In the scanner you will see the option to Redeem visits to the client card or redeem visits.

Use the +/- icons at the right and left side of the counter to set the number of visits you want to redeem.

Once set, click the Redeem Visits button.

A confirmation window will appear. Double-check the number of visits you want to redeem and if necessary, you can add a comment (it will not be visible to the client).

You can specify the cost of the visit (This field can be skipped and left at 0, unless otherwise specified in the card settings).

Then click the "Proceed" button and confirm the transaction.

✅ Please note: The scanner always shows the current information on the client card and the information about the client (the one that the client specified when installing the card).

You can find this information on the scanner screen, just below the transaction buttons. It includes client details (such as the information they provided when installing their card), as well as card-specific data like available visits, used visits, card installation date, last credit date, etc. The exact information displayed may vary depending on the card type.
