👨💼Manager (team member) profile
Create manager seats for your sales persons to get access to Scanner App
Upon successful login, navigate to the left-hand menu.
From the list of modules displayed, click the
icon. Doing so takes you to the Managers screen.

Here, information for all existing managers is tabulated via a number of columns that include User Name, Created, Notes, Location, and Status.

Clicking the username of a manager displays the details of the selected manager profile. Here, the basic details of the selected manager profile are displayed via separate tiles under the Manager Profile heading. They include Name, Registration Date, Status, Location, Number of Transactions, and Last Transaction Date.

Next up is the Information section where the details of the manager account are displayed in editable view.

It is possible to manage manager (team member) permissions.
manager (team member) permissions Once you have edited the required fields, click the Save button.

At the end is the Last Transactions grid. Here, the last transactions of the manager are tabulated via several columns that include User Name, Date, Phone, Device, Template, Event, Amount, and Balance. You can download all transactions of a specific manager.

View Revenue statistics Grants access to view analytics related to income generated through cards, redemptions, and campaigns.
View Feedbacks statistics Allows the manager to see customer feedback data submitted through cards (e.g., satisfaction ratings or reviews).
View Referrals statistics Lets the manager view how many users came via referral programs and how referrals are performing.
View Customer profile statistics Enables viewing engagement metrics per customer—visits, points earned/redeemed, and interaction history.
Template Permissions
View Templates Allows viewing available card and communication templates
Edit Templates Allows modifying or creating new templates for cards or communications.
View Customers Lets managers see the customer list, profiles, and activity logs.
Edit Customers Allows editing customer data like name, phone number, tags, birthday, or card status.
View Segments Allows viewing customer groups based on filters like activity, points, visits, etc.
Edit Segments Grants ability to create or modify dynamic segments for targeted campaigns.
View Operations Grants access to logs of customer actions, like visits, accruals, redemptions.
Make Accruals Allows manually issuing points, stamps, or rewards to customers.
View Mailings Lets users view past or scheduled email and SMS campaigns.
Edit Mailings Allows creating and sending email/SMS campaigns.
View Pushes Lets users view scheduled or sent push notifications.
Edit Pushes Allows sending or modifying push notifications.
View Locations Allows viewing the list of geo locations and their details.
Edit Locations Grants permission to add/edit/remove location data (addresses, contacts).
View Sub-accounts Allows seeing all linked sub-accounts in an agency workspace.
Edit Sub-accounts Grants permission to manage sub-accounts: creation, renaming, or settings.
View Payments Allows access to payment history, invoices, and billing dates.
Edit Plans Grants permission to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel plans.
Edit Snapshots Lets managers create or restore account states using snapshots (backups of settings, templates, and data).
