Franchise customer base

From the modules listed here, click the icon. Doing so takes you to the Customers screen. Here you get to view a list of all the customers in all the branches.

Next up is the customer's grid. Here, information for each customer is tabulated via a number of columns that include User Name, Created, Birthdate, Phone, Feedback Rating, UTM, Device, Customer Cards, Segment and Custom Fields.

From here, clicking a customer profile opens the details of the selected profile. Apart from the customer name, it has the details of the cards issued to the selected customer.

Scrolling down the page, you will see personal links for installing the card and referral links. Click the "Copy" button to copy the link and send it to the client.

Section "latest transactions" displays a record of recent transactions associated with a user.

Leaderboard

From the bottom of the page or the left hand menu, click the Leaderboard tile. Doing so takes you to the Leaderboard screen. The leaderboard section tracks and ranks loyalty program participants based on various metrics.

By default, the time period is set to Week. However, you can change it to Day, Month, Year, All Time, and Period (Custom Range) using the action buttons at the top-right corner.

Loyalty member - displays the branch location with the top-performing loyalty members.

Retention - measures how well customers are returning and staying engaged.

This section contains graphs showing the level of loyalty and referrals (by franchise).

Anti-leaders by Retention and Anti-leaders by Loyalty Level identifies branches with poor retention rates and branches that have not advanced in loyalty status.

From the bottom of the page or the left hand menu, click the Reports tile. Doing so takes you to the Reports screen

To create a report, click on the Action button then select ‘Create report’.

Use thIs field to enter the name of the report.

Select the report type: by franchise, by each branch, or by rating report.

Select the frequency of the report if it's created once or repeatedly.

Enter the email address(es) of the person(s) you want this report sent to.

Once you are done then click on create.

There are the options to Edit, Copy and Delete a report. To Edit a report click on the Edit button.

You can make changes to the name of the report, add more email addresses to send the report to and remove previously included email address(es). Then click on update once the changes have been made.
