Learn how you can access sub-accounts (branch) and create new ones

How to access this section

From the bottom of the page or the left hand menu, click the Sub-Accounts tile. Doing so takes you to the Sub-Accounts screen.

Here are the existing sub-accounts (branches) tabulated. Information is presented via various columns that include User Name, Registration Date, Plans, Status, and Renewal Date.

Add a sub-account (branch) to the franchise

To add a sub-account, click the Add sub-account button at the bottom of the table. This opens the Create Sub-Account popup.

Next, fill out the form to add a branch. Please note that the phone number and email must not have been used before, this data must be unique).

This data will be used by branches to log into accounts.

Here,

  • use the First Name field to enter the first name for the sub-account.

  • enter the last name in the Last Name field.

  • enter the organization name in the Company Name field.

  • use the Contact Number field to record the contact number.

  • enter the email address in the Email field.

  • use the password to create a password.

  • use the Repeat Password to re-enter your set password for confirmation.

  • in the note field, you can enter any additional information related to the sub-account being created.

Once the selections are made, click the Add button. This adds the sub-account and lists it in the table.

That's all. You've added a branch to the franchise. After that, attach this branch to the loyalty card. Read more about how to do this in this article.
