Access to Richie

To access the prospecting tool Richie AI, on the left hand menu, click on the crown icon, which is the agency icon, then click on the prospecting Icon at the top with the plus sign.
Setting up and editing promts for Richie
When working with Richie Ai, you can either customize the prompts or turn off the GPT enabled prompt completely and create a message from scratch. If you choose to do either of these, you need to complete this step before activating the Ai tool.
To customize the email Ai Richie sends out, you need to edit the prompts before you activate prospecting with Ai Richie.
To edit the prompts, click on the mailings icon than click to promts.
You can either turn off the GPT enabled toggle button and create a new message.
Or you can click on the prompts and edit them. Note that the variables in brackets cannot be changed or created as they are placeholders. You can add or remove placeholders when customizing the prompts by clicking on the placeholder icon and selecting the one you want.
You can follow the same steps for all six prompts, you need to do this before Ai Richie is activated for prospecting.
Also remember to click on the generate preview button, to catch a glimpse of the messages that will be sent out to your prospects and correct errors. This is what the preview looks like.
Launch of Richie
Once you are done customizing the prompts, you can start your auto prospecting in full. To start the auto prospecting, you click on the prospecting icon. To start the auto prospecting, you click on the "Start Auto Prospecting".
Next click on the "Start Auto Prospecting" button. The first step is for you to choose an area of business from the available business categories. Once you choose this, Richie will select prospects from this category.
The second step is to enter the area you want to search on the map and click the search in this area tab as displayed in the picture below.
✅ Note. you can control the map scale. We do not recommend searching over a large area. It is better to do it step by step, 20-30 companies at a time.
In the next step, you will see all the companies that Richie found. You can select or cancel some companies. For example, you can remove large networks that may definitely not be interested in the offer.
Before the auto prospecting begins, Richie will clarify the assignment to ensure that it is in line with what you want. At this stage, if you need to edit something you can go back to a previous step.
✅ Please note that once you click on the "Let's start" button, you will no longer be able to make changes.
Click "Let's start". Richie will create subaccounts and an AI-generated email chain for each client.

Once the auto prospecting has been activated, all information about this outreach will appear under the mailings section. To access this information in the mailing section, ensure that you are still in the agency side of your dashboard and not the user side.
Click on the crown icon, after that click on the mailings icon and select the mailings tab at the top.
Click on the mailing to see details.
In this section, you can view statistics for each Richie launch. Please note: the level of detail in the statistics depends on the email provider you use for sending messages.
Mailgun provides more detailed data.
SMTP and SendGrid provide less.
You can use GHL if you have the SaaS plan in GHL and want to connect it to Boomerangme.
When connecting GHL in the settings, you can also enable email sending.
✅ Note: so a prospect might have seen the email but your open rate would still display zero if you are using other email senders apart from Mialgun.
Scroll down the page to view the list of recipients for this campaign.
A single company may have multiple recipients — this is normal, as there can be several decision-makers, and Richie contacts each of them.
For each recipient, you can open the list of messages.
You will see which emails have been sent and their current delivery status.
How to cancel a mailing
To cancel the mailing, simply click on the mailing and select cancel mailing, this stops pending messages. This way you can cancel (stop) the mailing completely.
Stop sending to a specific recipient
In addition, you can stop sending emails to a specific recipient. This can be done in three ways:
Go to the inbox tab, find the recipient and cancel the mailing for him
Go to the sub-account profile. In the sub-account profile, you will see a list of recipients for this company and will be able to stop the mailing individually.
If the recipient responds, then sending emails from Richie will be stopped automatically. The recipient must respond from the same email to which Richie sent the email.
❓FAQ
Does Richie always use the last connected email sender?
Yes. Richie sends emails using the most recently connected email sender.
For example:
If you first connect SMTP, then Mailgun, Richie will use Mailgun.
If you first connect Mailgun, then SMTP, Richie will use SMTP.
The same applies to SendGrid.
You cannot choose manually which sender Richie uses if multiple are connected.
Can I download the contacts that Richie finds and emails?
No. You can see which contacts received emails in the campaign, but you cannot download them, and this feature is not planned.
Does Richie stop sending emails if a contact replies?
Yes. If a contact replies from the same email address to the address Richie used, Richie will stop sending further emails to that contact.
Does Richie verify emails before sending?
Yes. Richie checks if the email addresses are valid and active before sending messages.
Why didn’t Richie create a sub-account or start a campaign?
Richie may skip a business for several reasons:
The company is marked as closed (in Google, all business hours show "closed").
No decision-maker emails were found.
No valid email addresses were found on the business’s website.
The sub-account was already created by your agency earlier.
Can I launch Richie on existing sub-accounts?
No. Richie only works with sub-accounts it creates itself.
You can’t launch a Richie campaign for manually created sub-accounts, even if created via prospecting.
You also can’t send emails to sub-accounts that weren’t created by Richie.
Can I restart Richie for the same company or contact?
No. Richie does not send emails twice to the same sub-account or contact.
Even if you delete the sub-account and stop the campaign, Richie won’t restart or reuse the same contact.
Can another agency create a sub-account already created by mine?
Yes. Each agency works independently. A business can be created as a sub-account by multiple agencies.
Is there a difference between manually created sub-accounts and those created by Richie?
No difference in how sub-accounts work.
However, only Richie-created sub-accounts can receive campaigns from Richie.
Manually created sub-accounts won’t get email campaigns, even if they look the same.
How can I tell if a sub-account was created by Richie or manually through prospecting?
You can’t.
At the moment, there is no label or indicator that shows whether a sub-account was created by Richie or manually via prospecting.
