Easily transfer customers and keep their rewards in our system.
This article provides step-by-step instructions on how to transfer customers into our system while keeping their existing rewards. You’ll learn how to upload customer data for all types of loyalty cards, including stamp cards, discount cards, cashback cards, multipass cards, membership cards, reward cards, and gift cards. Our goal is to make the migration process smooth and ensure your customers continue enjoying their benefits without interruption.
Import customers for coupon card
There is no need to import customers for a Coupon Card. The main purpose of coupons is to attract new customers to your business, not to manage existing ones. Since a coupon is typically distributed to potential clients to encourage their first visit or purchase, importing an existing customer list doesn’t add value. Instead, focus on sharing coupons to reach new audiences.
But if you want, you can do it. To import clients for the coupon card into the CRM, download the CSV file. Fill in each customer's details, leaving the balance field blank. The customer's balance for the coupon card is predetermined by the "reward for first visit" field in the card settings and cannot be altered by entering a different amount in the CSV file's balance field.

After filling in these details, upload the file, select the card template and click on import.

After successfully uploading the file, the customers list from the CSV will be displayed in the customers section.
Import customers for membership card
To import customer data for the membership card, download the provided CSV file. Enter each customer's details, we recommend you leave the balance on the file blank because for membership cards, the customer is automatically placed on the first tier and the balance on the first tier is what becomes the customers balance, this cannot be changed by entering a different limit for the csv file.

After filling the customers details, upload the file, upload the file. Next, select the desired card template and click "Import." Once the upload is successful, the customers will appear in your customer list.

Import customers for discount card
Download the CSV template and fill in the customer details. In the Balance column, enter the customer’s total qualifying spend (not points). The system will use this amount to assign the appropriate discount tier based on the thresholds configured when you created the loyalty card. If you want to place a customer directly on a specific tier, enter the spend that matches that tier’s threshold (e.g., if the 10% tier starts at $3000, enter ≥ 3000).

After you have completed filling in the details, navigate to the import tab within the customers section. Upload the file, select the card, and click the "Import" button to import the customers.

Import customers for reward card
To import customers to the reward card, download the CSV file from the customers section in your dashboard. You can add a balance to each customer's profile if you wish to add a certain number of points to each customer's profile.

After completing the CSV file, go to the customers section and click on the import tab. Select the file and the appropriate card template for these customers. Finally, click the import button to add them to the customer section.

Import customers for multipass card
At this time, you can issue multipass cards to customers, but it is not possible to import them with an existing visit balance. Visits can only be added manually in the customer’s profile or by scanning the customer’s card and recording a visit. However, bulk uploading or assigning visit balances for multipass cards is not currently supported.
Import customers for stamp card
Once you’ve downloaded the import template, select the Stamp Card template you’d like to issue to customers during import.

Fill in the available customer details and enter the number of stamps you want to assign to each customer. Note: Leave fields blank if certain details are not available.

You can find customers imported in the customer base.

The number of stamps added can be found in the customer’s profile. In the screenshot, you can see a customer who was assigned 2 stamps in the import file. This means that when the customer installs the card, they will immediately see that they already have 2 collected stamps.

Import customers for gift card

This balance represents the amount the customer can spend on services or products when visiting the business. When the customer installs the card, they will immediately see their available balance and be able to use it for payment.

Import customers for cashback card
